Introducing Yudemon Coach: Share Your Practice
Max Frenzel, PhD · 12 July 2026 · 3 min read

RR Interval Analysis of your sessions is one of the many insights you can directly share with your coach.
[TL;DR: You can get started with Yudemon Coach here.]
This one started as a user request. Actually, several user requests.
Since launching the Yudemon web dashboard, a recurring theme in my inbox has been some version of: “This is great – but I work with a breathing coach. Can I show them this?” People were taking screenshots of their trends, exporting data, even sharing login credentials (please don’t do that) to get their practice data in front of the person coaching them.
That’s now built in.
Yudemon Coach is a new tier for coaches, therapists, and practitioners who work with clients on their breathing and HRV practice. It’s live today.
How it works
The whole thing is built around one principle: your data is yours, and sharing it is your choice.

Select who you share your data with from your Account page.
If you work with a coach, go to Account → Data Sharing in the dashboard and enter their email address. That’s it – that’s the consent. Your coach – assuming they have a Yudemon account and are on the Coach tier – sees your session analytics from that moment on, and you can revoke access on the same page at any time, effective immediately. You can even see when your coach last looked at your data. Sharing is free and works from any account, no subscription needed on your side.

Coaches can see their roster of clients, and view each client’s sessions, analytics and insights.
For coaches, a new Coach tab shows your roster: every client who has shared with you, with their last session and how much they’ve practiced this week – so you can see who’s on track and who might need a nudge before you’ve opened a single chart. From there, one click takes you into a client’s full analytics: every session in depth, trends over weeks and months, and the insights views – exactly what they see, on the same professional-grade charts.
Everything is read-only. A persistent banner always shows whose data you’re looking at, and nothing a client has recorded can be changed or deleted through the coach view. Clients don’t need a paid plan – your subscription covers the professional view of their data.
What it costs
Yudemon Coach launches for $24.99/month (or $179.99/year), for up to 10 clients, and includes everything in Yudemon Pro for your own practice – because most coaches I’ve spoken to practice what they preach and also use Yudemon themselves.
If you work with more than 10 clients, reach out to me directly at max@yudemon.com and we’ll set you up :)
A note on privacy
HRV data is health data, and I’ve tried to treat it that way. Sharing is off by default and member-initiated – no coach can request or see anything until you enter their email. The consent screen states exactly what will be visible before you share. Revocation is instant. Sharing relationships are included in your data export and permanently removed if either account is deleted. The privacy policy has the full details.
What’s next
This is a v1, and deliberately a focused one. What’s next will be answered by the coaches actually using it. If that’s you, I’d genuinely love to hear what works and what’s missing! Tell me, at max@yudemon.com.
If you’re a coach or practitioner, the full details are at app.yudemon.com/coach.
And if you have a coach – you can share your practice with them today.
I wish you deep breaths, and someone great to share them with.
