For Coaches & Practitioners
Coach with real physiological insight.
Your clients practice. You see the whole picture.
Yudemon Coach gives coaches, therapists, and practitioners consent-based, read-only access to their clients' breathing and HRV analytics. Clients share with a single click and stay in control – access can be revoked at any time, effective immediately. You see who's practicing, how it's going, and every session in the same depth your clients do.
It exists because users asked for it: people working with breathing coaches were taking screenshots of their trends, exporting data – even sharing login credentials (please don't do that) – to get their practice in front of the person coaching them. Now it's built in, the consent-first way.
How It Works
- 01Your client goes to Account → Data Sharing in their dashboard and enters your email address. That single step is the consent – nothing is visible before it, and they can revoke it on the same page at any time, effective immediately.
- 02Your Coach tab shows your roster: every client who has shared with you, with their last session and this week’s practice at a glance – so you know who’s on track before opening a single chart.
- 03One click takes you into a client’s full analytics: every session in depth, trends over weeks and months, and the insights views – exactly what they see, on the same professional-grade charts.

The Same Depth Your Clients See
No watered-down summary view: you get the full professional-grade analytics – complete session detail with heart rate timelines, RR interval and spectral analysis, trends across weeks and months, and the insights views connecting practice to outcomes. Between sessions, that means real answers: Is the practice actually happening? At the right rate? Is HRV responding? Clipboards and self-reports can't tell you; the data can.

Built on Consent
HRV data is health data, and Yudemon treats it that way. Sharing is off by default and always client-initiated – no coach can request or see anything until the client enters the coach's email themselves, with a consent screen stating exactly what will be visible. Everything is read-only, revocation is instant, clients can see when their coach last viewed their data, and sharing relationships are included in data exports and permanently removed if either account is deleted. The details live in the privacy policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How does a client share their data with me?
- From their web dashboard: Account → Data Sharing → enter your email address. From that moment you see their session analytics; they can revoke access on the same page at any time, effective immediately. They can also see when you last viewed their data – transparency runs in both directions.
- Do my clients need a paid subscription?
- No. Sharing is free for clients and works from any Yudemon account – your Coach subscription covers the professional view of their data. Clients just need the free app, a heart rate sensor, and cloud sync enabled.
- What exactly can I see – and what can’t I?
- You see what your client sees: their sessions in full depth (heart rate timelines, RR interval and spectral analysis), trends, and insights. Everything is read-only – you cannot edit or delete anything, a persistent banner always shows whose data you are viewing, and you only ever see clients who have explicitly shared with you.
- Is Yudemon Coach a clinical or medical tool?
- No – Yudemon is a wellness and training tool, not a medical device, and Coach is consent-based data sharing rather than a clinical records system. Therapists and practitioners use it to track clients’ breathing practice between sessions; whether it fits your professional or regulatory context (e.g. HIPAA obligations) is your call to make.
- What hardware should my clients use?
- Standardize on the Polar H10 – it is the chest strap about 7 in 10 Yudemon users already practice with, it reads the heart’s electrical signal directly (which accurate HRV needs), and it is what all of Yudemon’s own validation work was done with. Any standard Bluetooth strap that transmits RR intervals also works.
- How many clients can I work with?
- The Coach tier covers up to 10 clients. If you work with more – a clinic, a team, a research cohort – get in touch and we'll set you up.
- What does Yudemon Coach cost?
- US$24.99 per month or US$179.99 per year, for up to 10 clients. It includes everything in Yudemon Pro for your own practice – most coaches practice what they preach.
- How is this different from clinical HRV platforms?
- Platforms like Elite HRV Teams or Optimal HRV are built clinic-first: group programs, admin layers, EHR-style workflows. Yudemon Coach is deliberately lighter: a consent-based window into the same rich per-session analytics your client uses themselves – paired with an app clients actually enjoy practicing with, which is what makes the data worth looking at in the first place.
Get Started
Yudemon Coach is live today – $24.99/month or $179.99/year for up to 10 clients, including everything in Yudemon Pro for your own practice. It's a deliberately focused v1, and what comes next will be shaped by the coaches actually using it – if that's you, I'd genuinely love to hear what works and what's missing. The full launch story is in Introducing Yudemon Coach.
